Frequently asked questions
How does the pricing work?
Subscribe to a plan and get credits equal to your plan price. All provider services (AI models, E2B sandboxes, Neon database, Cloudflare R2 storage, Upstash Redis, Resend email, Vercel deployment) are billed at exact cost with zero markup. A 10% platform fee applies only to credit top-ups.
What about top-up credits?
You can top up your balance anytime. A 10% platform fee applies on top-ups to cover payment processing, platform infrastructure, support, and ongoing development. Subscription credits have no platform fee.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately for upgrades or at the end of your current billing cycle for downgrades.
Do unused credits roll over?
All credits (subscription and top-up) share a unified balance tied to your billing cycle. They reset at each renewal — monthly or annually — and do not roll over.
What AI models are available?
Hobby plans have access to Lite models (efficient and affordable). Pro and Max plans unlock Premium models including Claude Sonnet 4.5, Claude Opus 4.6, GPT-5.2, Gemini 2.5 Pro, and more.
Is there a free trial?
We don't offer a free trial, but you can start with the Hobby plan at just $10/month and get full access to explore the platform.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and international payment methods through Dodo Payments.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
What are additional project slots?
Each plan includes a set number of active projects. If you need more, you can purchase extra slots at $1/project/month from your available credits balance. You can buy as few as 1 or as many as 10,000 slots. They stack on top of your plan's included limit.
How is the first charge for project slots calculated?
The first charge is prorated based on how many days remain in your current billing cycle, so you only pay for the time you use. After that, the full $1/project/month is deducted from your credits balance on each renewal.
Can I remove additional project slots later?
You can manage your slot count from the Billing settings in your dashboard. The recurring cost is deducted from your credits balance each billing cycle.
How do I track my usage?
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing to see a detailed breakdown of your AI, sandbox, database, and deployment costs.
